Team Philosophy

Dad's Club adult coached workouts are open to adults (age 18 and over) who wish to improve their swimming and fitness to aid in triathlons, masters level competitions and overall general fitness.

Dad’s Club Triathlon Swim and Masters will:

  • Provide you with a structured workout, that you can complete with others of similar ability

  • Help you swim more efficiently, faster, and improve endurance.

  • Improve your overall fitness level

  • Introduce you to a terrific group of people to work out and socialize with!

During workouts each athlete will be placed into groups determined by skill level. PREREQUISITE: Athletes must be at least 18 years of age. All athletes must be able to swim 50 meters in deep water continuously and without assistance.


Triathlon Swim, Masters Swim, or Cross-Training

  • $95 monthly includes 9 workouts per week and membership to Dad’s Club Facility

  • Family (2 individuals) $120 monthly includes 9 workouts per week and membership to Dad’s Club Facility

  • $55 monthly includes two workouts per week. (Choose Monday & Wednesdays or Tuesdays & Thursdays)

  • Family (2 individuals) $75 monthly includes one Monday and Wednesday swim workout

Private coaching

  • $55 for 30 minutes

Semi-Private (2)

  • $70 for 30 minutes

Private coaching availability

  • Contact coach (Athletes must be existing members of our Tri & Masters)

  • Non members can request private coaching via our Swim Lesson program.

Stephen Hall (A.M, P.M)

Stephen Hall is in his 5th year at Dad's Club. He currently coaches the competitive swim team and is the lead coach for tri/masters for the morning and evening workouts. Stephen's experience with this wide range of ages and levels makes him one of our most well-rounded coaches. Coach Stephen was a collegiate swimmer at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, California where he was a state champion. He has a bachelors degree in Business Marketing from the University of Houston. Stephen is also a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and performance enhancement specialist.

Mike Yearwood (Noon Group)

Coach Mike has over 40 years experience coaching swimmers at all levels and ages. He has had several former swimmers that have gone on to set American Records, multiple USA Swimming National and Olympic Trials qualifiers. He has also had success at the masters swimming level coaching national and world championship participants. Most recently he trained a 2019 USA Tri-athlete World Championships Team member.
